Late Arrivals

We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.  Your first session will include a client intake form so that we can customize a treatment that is perfect for you. To ensure that you have all the personal time that is reserved specifically for you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.  This allows you ample time to park, fill out the client form, and enjoy the extra services like coffee, tea, wine or champagne with comfort.  All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service and to accommodate a full day of reservations.  Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.  An unhurried and relaxing treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session.

You will be responsible for the full service price.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are required to leave a valid credit card on file to book. Invalid credit cards used to book appointments and bypass booking requirements will not be allowed any services at this establishment. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice of an appointment.  A fee of 50% of the services booked or $25 will automatically be charged to your credit card in file, if a no-show or late cancellation occurs.  You will not be able to rebook any services until the fee is paid.
